Paul Brennan, resident of the Town of Oxford, NY, has submitted the following documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), to support Brennan’s charges, submitted both in written and oral form in a public hearing, that the Town Board, led by its chairman, Supervisor Lawrence Wilcox, has created and passed illegal zoning ordinances that permit gas drilling within Town borders.
